I think she needs the prove it's happening before she can get real help. Just telling a bully to stop it isn't going to change anything. Based on what she asked when she entered, the issue might have been that Laila wasn't acknowledging that she's being bullied, so she couldn't be a witness against the bullies. "Bullying? What bullying? Laila, you haven't been hurt by anything, right? This is all just a misunderstanding." - this defense needs to be eliminated either by making Laila testify, or by catching the bullies in the act and recording it so other people can recognize it as bullying. Both were achieved in this chaoter, I'd guess.
Why didn’t cammila even TRY to stop the bullying earlier? Is the author trying to make her look cool by just watching them stepping in when it gets to bad?
