"Sounds like a proposal" WHAATT are they not married yet???

I was also confused on why the kids refer to him by his name and not as dad or mom yet call the beast man daddy I’m so confused

I checked back and it said they got married in the beginning of Chapter 8, that line just probably means like he's proposing again

I've also seen in this in other works of JP entertainment i.e. anime and manga etc., it might just be a part of their culture

Lmfao i read it wrong as them being mates for 2 years, in the back of my head the manga so fr screams "being mates is more intimate/special than marriage" similar to that one manga (which i forgot)
