But he did like him. But then we found out he was projecting his first crush on chan. After he got over it he starts to like him as a person. It's unclear if he likes him in a romantic sense or not but kind of inclined to the romantic part.
Well a few chapters later of Skylar and cirrus getting in fights and god knows what..
Now Skylar is going out with cirrus after cirrus told him he liked him and will stop bothering him.
Skylar didn't want that to happen so he decided to shoot his shot and asked cirrus out. So they are like dating
