Cause in my mind I'm like you don't have to whisper. You're not in the environment or setting to have to whisper. He could have just said it normally out loud. Yet he had say "hyung" and then whisper that into his ear. It sealed it for me when it paneled to Pado looking at Haeil. As if he was gauging for a reaction.
Yes TOTALLY, it even adds when he imagined haeil while doing it with a girl. If you haven't pointed that out i would def not gonna realize it
