this is so politic :) in order to be worthy for rank6 he need to make someone becomes the king of the many ears, and what will be afterward, Iruma will have a control on that person as well as a clan willing to serve him and someone grateful for him for making that one becomes the king. :) if anyone else beside Iruma was chosen for this task, they can make a bunch of benefit afterward :) and as someone behind the scene they can play the whole clan as they want for many years later
