she's also crazy af too. she wasn't sad about her home being destroyed bc it's repairable for her like a hole in jacket. the chapter about her siblings solidified this opinion about her. like burning down a house was most likely a child's banter for her. ppl should try not to view this situation through a normal's person lens bc our fl is not one.

This is funny. Am I the only one who enjoys their relationship? I understand some of y’all hate it because he’s basically obsessed and he destroyed her home, and I probably would care about that as well… if she also cared. Sure, she was mad her home got destroyed, but that was mostly because she’s worried about the portal. It’s why she abandoned him in the first place. However she was also confined in those woods, alone, for seemingly all of eternity. That’s why she’s not overly angry about it now. Plus she actually adores the ML (not yet romantically) and feels bad for abandoning him. So while she believes she should return to the woods at some point (only to keep the portal in place), she’s also taking advantage of her brief moment of freedom out of those woods and into the real world.
If she doesn’t hate her own situation, why should I?
