Hyunwoo is such an asshole, why would he even date him if he doesn't love Eunsung? He could've have said it in the first place. He needs love. The only reason why Eunsung starts stalking him bc Hyunwoo keeps lying and lying over again. He still has romantic feelings towards his co-worker (his ex) It's making Eunsung hard to trust Hyunwoo even if he tried to change for the better. That's why he keeps suspecting things from Hyunwoo.
