Kinda agree with the doctor but he was wayyyy to extreme with the methods. Also of it wasn't that hikaru had to get lobotomy or some shi like that to extract the antibodies then I wouldn't have let the doctor die off like that. But it's still fiction and our mcs are happy together and that's all that matters
