Shigaraki got corrupted by the best manipulator in the world and ended up killing everyone who he held dear because of him, he hated the world for turning a blind eye and got redeemed the same day Deku fought him.

You wouldn’t be saying that if it was your parents, your own family that was killed because of him. He still had a mind of his own because at that time he was grown, his hatred for Allmight was unjust and until the end I thought of him as nothing more than a man child who had childish ideals for no apparent reason. “He was groomed” Oh hush, he was picked up by afo and decided to follow his every move and not think for himself. He was walked past a few people and you take it to a whole new level, well guess what, because of him a whole lot of kids became orphans too. Not from their own faults either since he killed his own family too. You can say whatever you want about Shigaraki but I will never have sympathy for him, at the end of the day he’s some snot nosed villain with cheap ideals that would lead to nothing, he made himself a puppet and deserved his fate.
you seriously don't get it bro, his life was decided before he was even born by afo. did you literally skip those chapters where shigarakis dad was having dinner with afo? he is literally a simple fucking vessel. he was picked up by afo because literally NO ONE ELSE tried to help a child on the verge of death. "he killed his own family" DO YOU THINK HE WANTED TO?? that was LITERALLY because afo gave him a destruction quirk that wasn't fucking fit for his body. his emotions took over and because of that he went on a rampage, not able to control his quirk. but yes he did want to kill his dad but that was understandable. while the WHOLE war was going on he WASNT in control of his own body, because hes a VESSEL. quite literally like the sukuna and yuuji situation where sukuna takes over... i literally ANYONE decided to fucking help him it would've turned out completely fucking differently
i will forever defend shigaraki. it quite literally WASNT his fault. he was GROOMED by all for one before he was even born, his quirk got taken away and afo gave him a destructive quirk that could only DESTROY. the quirk wasn't even made for his body. when he was at his lowest point of life, NO ONE fucking saved him. the outcome could have been drastically different had fucking ANYONE decided to help him. but no one did, except afo... plus while the war was going on he wasn't even in control of his own body...
