Personally, if I didn't know it was oil, the color of it might make think of apple juice first Also, I think they were trying to keep the color away from urine by making it a darker oil, but forgot or something that it could also be the color of urine. The few times I've seen unexpected urine in manga, manhwa, and manhua, it's usually a lighter color than that.
