I haven’t read from the beginning, but reading chapters 24-26 I got that same impression.

Lol…I actually started reading the novel from the end backwards, so I got to see them be all cute and lovey-dovey, but even there you can see some of his crazy. Not that Taekjoo is not crazy himself.
