Basically pseudo incest, it's pretty disgusting. Author could've easily made them like childhood friends with a short age gap but no it had to be incest one way or the other, honestly though the prequel would be good but it's just incest trash.
I wouldn't be bothered if they were blood related but did know I mean man, you grow up together as brothers, you're brothers. Do as you may but don't pretend it's not done with an incest mindset
