I still see a bunch of comments talking about how much they hate casey because she's annoying and claiming that it's not because she's a girl without even fully acknowledging the fact that her character is based on THE Sherlock Holmes. Like if you're an actual Holmes fan who has seen different adaptations of the character, this is actually pretty good for a female version. I swear if casey was a guy everbody would've been shipping them with the mc.
This is the first time I didn't feel any sort of animosity to a potential love interest in an action manhwa, probably because I'm a total sucker for the moriarty x sherlock dynamic, but also because finally some love interest with an actual personality that FITS the narrative. People saying "she's obsessed with the MC!" Are probably the same people who says "LMAO HE'S SO OBSESSED WITH HIM, I SHIP!" if the chara was a guy, and come on, SHERLOCK being OBSESSED with MORIARTY was literally one of the main points in the original literature. Not because he is obsessed with moriarty himself but because he is The LORD of CRIME. AKA CRIME, AKA HIS ACTUAL OBSESSION.
