I think people have said this is a Chinese manhua so that’s probably why it’s weirdly censored. Reading other Chinese BL content I’ve also seen it lol.
Chinese comic is called manhua...I guess I don't read that much of manhuas...I usually seen flowers or smthng(petals, leaf or tree) that will block their kissing and stuff.

Since the censorship is so weird, I think it's have uncensored version. I never seen such censorship where it literally cut half of panel. It's so obvious. (⊙…⊙ )
