I just finished reading the raws and the MC got pregnant. I can't understand the raws very well 'coz i'm not that good with Korean language but from what i've read, he has both male and female reproductive organs and that's the reason why he got a weak lungs.I've got the link for the raws, just tell me if anyone's interested (just sharing).
