Oooooo I have a slight answer for this. Both my arms are tattooed, and the ones on the bottom of the forearms when you move your hands in certain ways they can rotate to the inside of the forearm a bit. Its not as dramatic of a rotation as they show in the webtoon, but it does move a bit. Skin is weird. Lol (〜￣△￣)〜
I cant help but notice his tattoo goes from this inside of his wrist or to his forearm depending on the position of his arm. like damn bro we see your tattoo gahleeee
