I'm sure we'll get his pov soon. Starting with how he sacrificed his power to turn back time. And what he's been doing since. But I think the story is we'll written because it focuses on her and her revenge. And she has been avoiding the dukedome as much as she can and specifically him. So it makes sense the we don't see him as much. We might just be st the middle of the story and it feels like things are just getting started since she is becoming an adult and she has 6 years to go. On top of that she says that she wants to bring down the empire. Not just her brother. At this time her brother is just her main rival at the moment. But don't forget that the emperor is alive this time around and he is not as stupid as her brother. Plus she also has a sister with a formidable power that for now is with her but you never know what will happen.
