It's a very old webtoon. Was relatively famous around the time That time I became a princess was just begining.
It's about a tyrant emperor and his daughter and he obviously learns to love her. But the story is extreeemly long. Like it's a good 50 chapters of her childhood if not more. He is a bully to the kid but actually loves her. I think she has white hair, can't be sure.
