I was rereading, and I came to this realization.. when they're in the shower room with those other survivors, and the zombies of their friends come to the room... first, when hohyun was at the convenience store, yujin was already dead.. and turned into a zombie there.. hohyun trapped her, so there was no way she could have followed him then. that means, she got out, and made her way back to the shower room.. as a zombie. that means they must have at least some kind of awareness, right? or instincts..?
