    Actually you don't really have to consume protein powder to build some muscles
    You just need to incorporate it into your daily diet ! Eat more eggs, more beans,lentils etc... High protein food !
    It's gonna be healthier for you and you'll now how to eat from that ! Don't forget to add vegetables and natural oil ! Avocado is really great for both.
