Okay so these aren't rape but they are horror and gore.
1. Ghost (other works of the same author i dont remember their name)
2. To the dead sea
This one is rape and confinement but it is less intense than above
"DOGMA"
all three are oneshots but if you're gonna love them if you love kinda extreme
Addition to this you can search an author "harada" , like most of their work is quite psychological.

광공단편선 series. It doesn't appear in the main titles but in the alternative titles. It's a bunch of short stories by different authors, with most of them rape. Some titles part of the series are "Good Hunter & Bad Prey" and "Keep a Dog".
Another longer manhwa with those genres that came to mind is Blind Play. Personally I find it one of the more gore ones.
