They didn’t answer the question. Sounds like they a bit offended over what you said. I think you should just be like “no I’m just wondering” cause you asked if P1 knows it wasn’t used and the author answered “does it matter if it was?” Completely diff issue.

I need a second opinion so I asked this author on twitter "does this scene mean person 1 knows person 2s ass wasn't used" they replied "do you think whether it was used or not matter more to person 1 than person 2s feelings" but like what does that mean is it a yes is a a no I struggle to understand stuff like this (also ik it's a weird question don't judge)
