According to the spoilers I read online the ml did not commit suicide but dies bcs he can’t live without her, and fl did not die bcs of the pregnancy but after years bcs her body become frail after all the years of malnourishment

Rea is right guys. I also read that in spoilers . Also, fl miscarried their first child. They had a second one (a son) before they died.
