How tf this is getting above 9 ratings? The story plot is all over the place

Sometimes, people rate them 5 stars when this only have 2-3 chapters.
It was when it seems funny and interesting.
After the story get worse, no one want to spare their time to fix the rating they have given.
As a result, this still reach a 9 stars.

I might be contributing to this, I give 5 stars on default (￣∇￣")
