I recommend Dead Tube. In the world of Dead Tube they have an app that's similar to YouTube but each week people are given dangerous challenges. A seemingly normal needy kid takes part of the challenges each week with a psychotic girl that's obsessed with him. Has a lot of sex and gore.
If you want something that doesn't have any romance but has intense characters and an interesting and fresh story with a lot of gore I recommend Akumetsu. It's nothing like Slammer Dogs or Killing Stalking though I think it explores a philosophy that's similar to Death Note.
