When I'm writing this, MangaGo only has the normal version, so some people seem confused on what's going on. For anyone who wants it, here's the 19+ version:

That is pretty random? Why 19+ instead of your usual 18+? Very odd... to me at least since I have seen much more revealing stuff and it is normally just 18+, oh well.

It's 19+ because in Korea, you're an adult when you turn 19, unlike America where you're an adult when you turn 18.

In Korean age, a newborn baby is considered as 1 year old already.
Koreans tends to add a year from our normal age calculation.
thus, 18+ becomes 19+
