Like, I have read my fair share of odd stories. However this one, is frustrating for a multitude of reasons but the biggest being the VERY clear high school uniform the uke wears, and not a single comment is made to confirm or deny if he’s of age. The entire time I sat confused because he didn’t look nor act like a high schooler yet was almost always in his uniform. Maybe it was just so it was easier to read him as a delinquent, but I’m not sure. Even weirder is how no one seemed to care. Also, the pacing was just odd. Like there was not a single reason for them to like each other. Also my biggest irk: how they met. Yes he says it was a whim, but like why? Like he saves a kid and is like let’s smash them? Weird story. Not the weirdest, but like don’t read this.
