Tristan's adopted vampire dad comes back into the picture after being tortured and sexually abused for many years, and starts being really inappropriate with Tristan. Like, walking around naked and straddling him and trying to arouse him. Tristan lets him drink his blood (Tristan draws the blood and give sit to Wren to drink) to try and ease him off of his uncle's blood. In the latest chapter, Wren wants to drink directly from him. Tristan says no but Wren does anyway and nonconsentually grinds against Tristan. It's pretty gross.

the author did ruin the story tbh. Not that's it's an excuse but if u really wanna know why/how ethan "cheated", ethan's ex has info about the guy who's trying to hurt tristan and in exhange for the info, ethan had to kiss him or something. But the info really wasn't worth it and ethan still kinda fells bad about their break up in the end which is kinda weird , but he confirms the person he loves the most is tristan *eye roll*. and this "ex" also basically raised ethan but only feels for him cause than is carbon copy of his dad who the ex had a crush on *gross*. so yeah it was unnecessary
