If they bring it back I hope they improve it. Back when we had the last version of the report button, I remember getting notifications everyday multiple times a day for stories with no new uploads. Cause all that was happening was people uploading and reporting in cycle so you would get the notif but the chapter would've already been removed by the time you got there. There was no control on who was uploading and reporting and removing. With how it is now, I imagine we would get a bot upload, then its reported and removed, then the bot uploads again, and repeat. I do want it back because there's a couple of titles where people have been uploading chapter of the wrong fkn story. But I think they needa stop bot uploads at the very least.
They definitely need to stop with the bot uploads or at least fix it to recognize when someone is already uploading a story and the very bare minimum make it so it doesn’t upload random stories on a different story. But yea I see what you mean with the ghost notifications honestly I still get those sometimes but that’s more because the chapter hasn’t updated yet rather than it being removed which is equally annoying :/ it seems like either way we lose
Yeah. I wish they had a function where an uploader can mark which series they'll be uploading and at the same time turn off the auto bot upload for those titles. I do understand that with allllllll the titles and the new ones that come out everyday, that it's not feasible to upload everything one by one manually. But at the very least, like you said, real uploaders should be able to upload without worrying about bots competing with them
Will the report button ever come back?? I’m tired of all these double chapters and bot uploads messing up the order in stories
