Since her mother was a lowborn she doesn’t have a powerful family to protect her like her sisters do which is why she lives so frugal hoping she never gains the attention of her sisters who might kill her if they see her as a threat.
She’s having trouble getting out of the habit of putting her self down but you can’t blame her since her sister might still be alive and again she would be seen as a threat
