I think you didn’t understand the story at all. Cirrus didn’t like Chanil romantically, Cirrus liked Chanil as a friend to whom he thought that he could open up about his troubles. Skylar also didn’t really like Chanil for who he truly was, it was just a projection of Minwoo onto him.

People blush when embarrassed, flustered, etc. it doesn’t mean = crush. It could but I doubt Cirrus liked him the same way he does with Skylar. But don’t worry, I was thinking like you too before. I was wondering why Skylar blushed when Chan-il asked him to go to somewhere else, but then Skylar looked down and he acted normal, declining his offer to go.
