And no It doesn't have any rape as i remember, no incest, miscommunication though but it's part of the plot and nothing too much actually and it's more like misunderstanding because or different perspective. Their relationship is cute too. They argue sometimes but they manages to fix it right away since they communicate well and apologizes.

Mc doesn't but the ml does it though (He's kinda known for sleeping around with girls) . But they are not officially together when that happened.
