The ml is a little crazy but it doesn't take long for him to get counseling just acts like a "thug" I guess in the beginning but that's to show the difference in their social situation growing up.
is this worth reading? does this have any sa, rape, incest, miscommunication, manipulation, red flag, toxic people? is the plot good? is it an immature relationship where they behave like fucking children and also think like one? big age gap?
