Since idk how big the "1 bag of pancake mix" is supposed to be, so I kind of wing it with the pancake mix to the liquid portion to get a batter that's not runny like the note suggested. The pancake came out with a texture similar to cake... Tho a bit dry for my liking. Maybe my batter is still too dry this time. I'll have to try again another time and make my batter just a little more runnier next time.
Fortunately I have some pancake mix at home. :D I'm going to try this recipe and see how much different it taste.
