I'd say its worth it since its not a loonnnnggg storry. Don't know if its a big ick but I don't really wanna say since it's basically part of the big plot. I see consent but it's not direct yes yk. No age gap, childhood trope (uke doesnt look like a baby while seme doesnt look like a tank, they look respectable to their age ig). No incest. Plot is your classic short story memory lose romance. Ermmmm behaving like a kid in some situations (I say this because it's silent treatment kinda thing? a little communication issue)
