MAJOR iNScEST! AND I NEED IT!! EMUUURGENCY!!!@@%!

looking for a manga that I read a long time ago..
i will love you to death if you have found it:

- the girl (mc) was adopted by some rich family
- she was introduced to a guy (her bro but not blood-related)
- the dude doesn't accept her as a family, and comes out as a harsh and cold person; he is, however, in love with her deep inside
- the girl was prooobably.. half Asian or some other religion/culture
- during the party which she was invited to, her family introduced to her to everyone (the attendees). She then went over to her brother and had given him a tie as a gift. All the girls hissed and got overly jelly.
- then another new guy was introduced and it was announced that him and the girl were going to get married. obviously, the bro didn't like that. so, he quickly rushed over to his room and threw the tie in the trash bin because of his agitated jealousy.
