Oh they've definitely had sex but I haven't seen the tattoo AT ALL in season 2. I can't remember whether you could see it in the rest of season 1 cause that was awhile ago for me. But 100% don't see it in season 2. I even just skimmed all 18 chapters of season 2 and every time they had sex, he was wearing pants. Makes me wonder whether the author is avoiding drawing it cause seriously every time in season 2 he's got pants on!
