I just did a reading spree and i didnt remember the chap but he was diagnosed that he have something wrong w him mentally bc of his sadistic actions n stuff
I don't rememebr the childhood exactly but it kinda get explained in 42 and 43...he does have trouble reading expressions out of people and he short tempered maybe from what i rememebr
