I forgot most of the plot not that there was any to begin with but I guess it was because he didnt wanna loose his wife to his cousin and he realized his wife worth so after finding about Nanami's affair, Manubu wanted to start over.
Also I would say don't sympathize with any characters, all three of them are trash!!

Nanami felt betrayed?? Lol....after finding about Manobu's affair while she herself was cheating on him with Nozumu and Manobu felt betrayed ......when he found out Nanami's while cheating on her with blondie.
Manubu at least stopped going for other woman skirts but I guess Nanami is too weak to pleasure.
