It's not about strength, some people have a preference so they don't enjoy situations that might be viewed as possibly nonconsensual. It's okay if you don't feel that's an issue, but it's not an invalid criticism or a bad reason to dislike this work. (Not judging you, just clarifying)
If you're used to yankee stories you're gonna find this one appealing, it's not that outstanding or interesting like Nakaseteyaruyo Yankee-kun, Abarenbo honey, Megumi and Tsugumi, and others but it has its charm. The story here is simple and there's little exploration of their relationship unlike in the other works I mentioned so use this as a recommendation if you want to find interesting works.
I understand not everyone is strong to digest these stories and maybe that's why there were various comments saying it was bad (〜￣△￣)〜
