If you meant beaded dick— A bead that had it surgically placed beneath the skin of a genitalia, foreskin or the shaft. I guess a term for it can either be pearling or body modification. Unelss the person used anesthesia or numb it, it won't hurt much but it mostly depends on the piercer's recommendation for the client. I also heard it depends on the type of pearl/piercing they plan on adding to the genitalia. Small ones doesn't hurt much after surgery. Deep piercings can cause severe implications though.
But who am I to imply real beaded dicks logic with BL fictional characters. Big beaded dicks are gorgeous and attractive for semes in BL HEHEHEHE for me at the very least.
