The matriarch told Yoohee that Seojin had already become his weakness, reminding him of his overfixation with Seojin because maybe what he felt for Seojin was just lust (?) and that people were replaceable. So when Yuri visited Yoonhee's room, he tried to kiss Yuri to see if there's a 'difference' and to test that what he felt toward Seojin wasn't like what the matriarch said.
Read the raws and honestly I just want Yoonhee's brother to d!e. The brothers did make out during chapter 63, and Seojin saw all of that, which was the real reason for why he decided to end their relatio ship, because that brother was being real weird some time before and it clicked for him when he saw that. Before that, Yoonhee's brother set it up so that Seojin got into the room while Seojin's brother and Yoonhee are doing the curse thing. They have a weird incestous thing going on and honestly Seojin really deserves somebody else.
