she doesn't like her brother!!!! Ofc she appreciates and loves him as a sister but mostly she admires his strength to go after a person he loves (something that she is too afraid to do). When she refers to that both him and his brother being the same, she refers to loving someone that they think they cant have or will lose. idk if it makes sense...if u want u can read that chapter one more time to get the full picture
