Maybe because she had a change of heart and wanted the father to meet his kids now that they were both adults? If she had kept them away from him and didn’t try to contact him about them she would be labeled a villian. Giving him a chance when they first dated and again was the worse choices she could’ve made in her life imo
I wonder what was Ai’s reason for breaking things off with Kamiki? But I guess that’s the reason why he spiralled down from madness. Ai was Kamiki’s light but got rejected by that light.
What if Ai’s reason is something like wanna protect or don’t wanna burden him. Oh no is it gonna be the cliche of misunderstanding led to tragedy? I still like this kind of concept so i guess its okay but I fear I might hate this cliche in the future if authors kept using the same thing over and over like isekai
