Yes. Not emotionally (which is why people would try to justify it), but definitely physically. WHICH COUNTS idk why the author is doing this. It’s kinda frustrating seeing two characters who love eachother so much easily cheat on one another :/ there was no reason for that part of the story. His backstory could’ve easily been dropped in without them kissing or touching sexually. I believe Ethan needed something from him I guess, maybe that’s why.
Wtf, I say that freaking counts! Sigh the way this story going doesn't seem like a good time. I kinda want to drop it, I'm all for angst but this feels idk force, or it brings nothing to the plot other then drama and most of it could of been avoided but nah! Let's make the protagonist make stupid decisions that they would never do before but now they're in love, let's bring in the ANGST -_-
If you’re talking about to chapter where he let that one guy feed off him I wouldn’t really say yes. There was a comment on the last chapter that spoke about how feeding and the power that comes with it is a necessary part of being a vampire. Ethan chose to get the power of one of the strongest(?) vamps he knew since he’s a mixed breed and wanted to be able to readily protect his partner. It just so happened the price to pay for that power was to slightly feed into the attraction of the owner but Ethan never touched(excluding the kiss which was the final payment) or spurred him on. He wasn’t sexually involved and was only focused on getting the power and tying up loose ends. Once this was accomplished he completely distanced himself.

They've been in love and together for many years. The guy could die while giving his blood to Ethan. And he's doing it knowing Ethan is only thinking about Tristan. That kiss was a mark of respect and a closure between them. It was the least Ethan could offer in exchange for such a sacrifice. Come on now don't be silly only focusing on the kiss and completely missing the heavy context
The kiss was only because the other guy demanded it. Ethan himself only asked him what he wanted in return for his powers and he paid the price. Honestly this might just be the author being messy by making the ppl around Ethan and gang attracted to them sexually and romantically but Ethan stuck to his objective

I know the context and everything. But let's also take into context how Ethan was being jealous and anxious of Tristan possibly cheating on him a few chapters back. Then proceeds to kiss someone who is his EX which actually makes everything worse because they have a history of being together emotionally and physically. I'm not being silly, Ethan cheated on Tristan with that kiss plus the fact that he wasn't repulsed at all by the other guy jacking himself off while having his blood drank. Notice how Tristan reacted different when a sexual advancement was made towards him? THAT'S how you're supposed to react. If Ethan showed at least a tiny bit of resistance maybe I would've reconsidered commenting such but they even did it on a bed. I would've also understood if it was a hug or a kiss on the forehead or cheek, at least that could've been made off as platonic. But kissing someone else on the lips (mind you they used to be engaged as well, I think) while you're dating someone else. It doesn't matter what the context is, that is cheating.
