We also don’t understand why people hate Jaekyung so much. The author wrote him to be disliked, but some people see more negativity than what's there. How is forcing someone to have sex with you not a rape? He exploited Dan's dire situation and manipulated him on multiple occasions.
Would Dan realistically sleep with Jaekyung if he didn't need money? Don't think so.
Also it's even mentioned in the story Jaekyung slept with someone just so he could win a match. He didn't care for their feelings, that's basically just him using them as sex toys. He did the same with Dan.
All I'm saying if there is to be redemption ark it better be worth it and satisfying. I want him to suffer the same emotional pain Dan did. His actions are not to be excused till then.
