Yeah but this manga is basically a prequel to the original story of the adults in the stage play so this Anime will look nothing like this manga and probably be confusing if you're not familiar with the series.

No it's a stage play, you can theoretically spoil yourself on the "true of vamp" website and start the Anime with that knowledge tho

As far as I'm aware it's a spin off series for the franchise centered around Dali Delico, I think you could enjoy it without prior knowledge but I'd definitely helps if you're aware of the structure of their society.
