They are canon but they don't have specific moment of how they started to date. I am pretty sure they're officially lovers in Clear Card. We learned Touya's feelings for Yukito in theater chapter/episode for high-schoolers and Yukito's feelings for Touya in Sakura confession chapter/episode. Touya's feelings are heavily implied while Yukito directly say person he loves most is Touya.

they are canon and yeah it's been mentioned multiple times near the end that touya's the one in yukito's heart, and dw im p sure the one in mgg is missing pages because i cant seem to find it either? the part where yukito admits to sakura abt it right? i went back and forth and i couldn't find it too LMFAO, closest one i found is ch. 38/39 (its doubled for sm reason) which is after the confession

I’m sure that there was at least one time where yukito and touya in cardcaptor sakura were confirmed that they are indeed going out w each other/in love with one another but I cant find it??? I was sure cuz I found out about it like a lot later after I finished reading it but now I cant find any proof of it at all.
