Compared to TGCF and MDZS, SVSSS is set in a completely different tone-- it's tragicomedy... so yeah, expect funny and sad moments at the same time. Heres a list u should know
- relatable mc w a satirical chronically online humor "Dumbfuck novel, dumbfuck author!!" (be mindful he is an unreliable narrator therefore just imagine relying a tsundere for information)
- a crybaby clingy inherently flawed male lead (just give him his shizun, man... i would defend this man)
- DONT READ FOR IT THE ROMANCE!!! The story takes time with its romance. It revolves around two people learning to accept each other and each other's change. The whole point is MC realizing the consequences of treating the fictional world he isekai'd in as an RPG than reality-- like how his actions have deeper effects than what he anticipated.
- lowkey just read it for the comedy and expect nothing like i did. i had extremely low expectations bc it was the author's first work, also because it's a villain isekai. ive read sm villainess isekai and most of them were just the same shit with 0 depth correlating its villainess title that i thought it would be just as bad. BOY I THOUGHT WRONG. it tackled more than most villainess isekai manhwas DID. It's like a mix of "Death is the Only Ending for the Villainess" and "Beware of the Villainess"
for a story written in 2014, it was wayyy ahead of its time.
i have copies of the epubs if ur interested <33333
Is the SVSSS novel as good as the other two?
If so imma start reading soon ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
