Anyways it's been years when I read it. It was this guy from Japan probably a middle aged man... he died? and reincarnated in another world inside a young boy's body.
Anyways this village is a secluded one where they arrange the marriage with blood relatives which was super weird... The MC was being arranged to marry his own sister so he made a plan to get out (run away) from that village. I really love that he was able to get away because turns out that sister bitch was a crazy one who's obsessed to marry MC and would do anything to get him back. That part made me sick but I did enjoy MC's adventure in a different world. I think I stopped reading when the sister was getting ready to leave the village in search of MC. She was really disgusting so I stopped reading there that time. I think MC might be some sort of genius? I can't remember but tbh I think he was just using his experiences and knowledge from Modern Earth lol.
